A live-fire food, wine, beer and bourbon event, Fire It Up! is deliciously curated to showcase Hawaii’s bountiful meats, seafood and produce cooked exclusively with fire. Bringing together culinary stars from around the country for a weekend of oceanfront indulgence, Fire It Up! has quickly become Maui’s signature culinary event.
This year, Fire it Up! will feature three main events:
Friday, July 19 – Sea to Fire
Makai (ocean) inspired live-fire culinary event honoring Hawaii’s ancient connection to the ocean and its bounty, featuring the freshest seafood paired with fine wine, steps from the ocean on Wailea Beach.
Saturday, July 20 – Fire it Up: BBQ of the Pacific
Mauka (mountain) inspired live-fire culinary event showcasing the country’s finest BBQ pitmasters paired with bourbon and exceptional live entertainment
Sunday, July 21 – Beer & Beef Brunch at Maui Brewing Company
Indulge in an extravagant Bloody Mary, locally crafted beer, and Maui-style comfort food from MBC’s Chef Kevin Posada and the Chefs of Grand Wailea.
