Four Seasons Resort Maui, will celebrate and commemorate the luxury Resort’s 25th anniversary, by burying a time capsule in a ceremony on Feb. 29, 2016.

The resort is asking current and former guests, employees and managers to contribute written memories, photographs and other memorabilia to be placed in the capsule at a garden location adjacent to the iconic Fountain Pool.

The Time Capsule is slated to be opened at the Resort’s 50th anniversary in 2041.

In a press release statement, General Manager Jean Claude Wietzel said that when the resort opened, the attire for poolside staff was jackets and ties and there was a disco on the property.

Maui’s first and only Forbes Five-Star resort features 380 rooms nestled on 15 acres along the Wailea coastline.

How to Submit Photos and Memories:

The Resort is reaching out to everyone who has been a guest to submit their memories by Feb. 20 in three distinct categories: memories of the past 25 years, the Resort present day, and predictions for the future.
