Napua Greig with Halau performs in December Concert

December 21, 2016, 5:30pm - December 21, 2016, 7:00pm

Kumu Hula and Nā Hōkū Hanohano award winner Napua Greig will perform with her hālau at The Shops at Wailea’s Concerts at The Shops on Wednesday, December 21, 2016. Growing up on Maui, Greig accompanied her mother to performances in her early high school years. She graced the illustrious Merrie Monarch stage as an ‘olapa for Kumu Hula Johnny Lum Ho. In 2006, she launched her first solo recording and released Pihana in August of 2007. That debut recording garnered her six nominations at the Nā Hōkū Hanohano Music Awards; she won the “Best Female Vocalist” award. Concerts at The Shops is a family friendly event and is opened to the public. Special event parking $5 for 4 hours is available with our non-profit partners, Friends of the Children's Justice Center. Sixty percent of the event parking validations does directly to our non-profit partner. Look for the Friends of the Children's Justice Center table at the event.
